碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 創業管理碩士學位學程 / 101 / "Tourism industry" not only has become the twenty-first century''s most socio-economic indicators of the industry, but also to promote private participation in public construction of an important industry, total revenue from 2002 to 2011, has grew up to Two hundred forty-one billion, the development of potential should not be underestimated, but the government budget is limited, if combine the private enterprises financial resources and efficient, innovative business ideas, the government will be able to finance a limited budget, creating high-quality and efficient operation of the tourism facilities and offers people a good recreation tourism space.
This study used the case study method, utilization of Sun Link Sea partnership with the government changes, the development of cooperation between firm and government strategic thinking mode, the data source is the use of individual depth interviews, Interview with Vice President Sun Link Sea, and then to the secondary data collection method case company related information.
The exploration of the cooperation between government and firm from resource dependence perspective-Sun Link Sea, this study developed a thinking strategy of cooperation between the government and firm. Through obey the government needs to negotiate with the government''s strategy, thus reaching the government trust in business, and plus three success factors, let both sides reached a sustainable cooperation.
The study found that strategies adopted by enterprises, must have three successful elements: First, we must comply with regulations, Second, a good management ability, Third, the relationship link. The government selected entity, companies must have a professional management capacity, rich experience in the industry to reduce the probability of failure and good corporate credit decisions sides sustainable cooperation.
Enterprises use the strategies, committed three elements and government carefully selected cooperative enterprises, enable the Government to make good use of national resources, has a stable tax revenue, and the promotion of private enterprise development; the companies can also rent state-owned land, owned investment targets for development, reach steady operation and obtain operating profit, finally the two sides together to promote local development, allow enterprises to cooperate with the government toward sustainable.
