With the rapid change of industrial environment, and more competitors coming into play in global competition. the management is facing more risks and uncertainties. Base on the successful case enterprise constantly transit aims to discuss the difficulties of Taiwan traditional manufactures and how to build and maintain competitive advantages for sustained development.
In-depth interviews with case of G company are preceded with exploratory research method in this study. Traditional aquatic products industry how to command the key success factors are aimed. Case enterprises lies in focusing resource on the research and development of the original industry and also constantly integrate. The periods include aquatic feed producing, feed additive producing, processing of frozen fish, raw materials and channel development, aquatic seed breeding and Bioresearch. Employ the innovation and R&;D strategies endeavor to surmount the limits of the market and resources.
This research is based on the historical materials, case studies, and the author’s study to provide Taiwan traditional manufactures with new thinking and strategy for the future competition. Increasing enterprise value and competitive in the industry.
