Study of adults in Taichung coastal distict participating in chanting learning process / 台中海線地區成人參與誦經學習歷程之研究

碩士 / 國立中正大學 / 教學專業發展數位學習碩士在職專班 / 102 / This paper presents adults in Taichung coastal distict participate in chanting learning about motivation, obstacles, cognitive function and to participate in chanting learning the impact on their attitude towards life.
The analysis is performed in a designed interview, talking about the way adults in Taichung coastal distict participate in chanting learning with semi-structured interviews to gather the data required for this study.
The main contributions of the paper are as follows: (1)Adults in Taichung coastal distict participate in chanting learning, the main motivation is for the "cognitive interest", "opportunity," "family effect", (2)Adults in Taichung coastal distict participate in chanting learning, the main obstacles is for the "in-laws against", (3) Most adults in Taichung coastal distict participate in chanting learning agree the learning function is "divine blessing", and(4) After participating in chanting learning, adults in Taichung coastal distict accept the present situation, mainly because of "believe in Karma retribution”; in addition, participants became optimistic and forward, "confronting issues, actively dealing with the problem."
Finally, according to the research findings, put forward the following recommendations: (1) Recommendations for the Government: 1. Elaboration of teacher certification program as soon as possible to ensure that learning activity has a long history. 2. Addition chanting multimedia database of Taiwanese, to accord with adult learners ' needs, (2) Recommendations for the temple management Committee: 1. Results will be held on a regular basis, allow area residents have opportunity to experience participating chanting learning. 2. Go through the Scriptures teaching and teacher education, let learning activity pass. 3. Go through the Scriptures, teaching seminars or courses provide opportunities for exchange between the temple in village, (3) Recommendations for the Learners: 1.The adults should recognize the importance of spiritual needs and plan spiritual life as soon as possible. 2. Adults in participate in chanting learning must not blind faith into trusting the learning function 3.In addition to learn scripture, learners must also be deeper understanding for text content, (D)Recommendations for researchers: 1. Adopt quantitative research simultaneously, to accommodate more and more extensive research sample, present the effect of another level. 2.Maybe do optimization widely studyin chanting learning, social participation and cultural retention. 3. Objects other than adult learners, but extends to the elderly population.
