碩士 / 大葉大學 / 環境工程學系碩士班 / 102 / Effects of sodium bicarbonate and sodium nitrate concentrations on the growth rate of Nannochloropsis sp. and lipid content were investigated under different dilution rate using nitrate as the nitrogen source in this study. The main results are as follows.
(一) Volumetric productivity of biomass
The highest volumetric productivity of 0.31 g/L/day was obtained with the feed concentration of 0.1 g/L sodium nitrace under the dilution rate of 0.04 1/hr in the continuous cultiration. The highest volumetric productivity of 0.19 g/L/day was obtained with the feed concentration of 0.2 g/L sodium nitrace under the dilution rate of 0.06 1/hr. The highest volumetric productivity for batch cultivations was obtained with the initial concentrations of 4.2 g/L sodium bicarbonate and 0.5g/L sodium nitrate.
(二) Lipid content
The highest lipid content of 19.9 % was obtained with the feed concentration of 0.8 g/L sodium nitrate dilation rate of 0.04 1/hr in the continuous cultration. The highest lipid content of 15 % was obtained with the feed concentration of 0.9 g/L sodium nitrate under the dilution of 0.06 1/hr. The highest lipid content for batch cultiration was obtained with the initial concentrations of 8.4 g/L sodium bicarbonate and 1.0 g/L sodium nitate.
