Establishment and Application of Ecologial Cycle Hydroponic Fanrming System / 生態循環水培養殖系統建立與應用

碩士 / 大葉大學 / 工學院碩士在職專班 / 102 / This research established an indoor ecological cycle water culture farming
simulation system. This system is a framework based on the cycle water
farming and no soil water tillage cultivation phase. Simply of speaking, the
wastewater and pollutants that generated from the farming pool to imitation
natural ecological of artificial nitrification system to effectively remove NH3-N
and NO2-N caused from the processd of farming and covered them into NO3-N.
Afterwards, the system leads processed water to hydroponics area and utilizes
adsorption and filter of hydroponics vegetables or the root of water plants so as
to purify the quality of water and then pump into the farming tank to recycle.
The best of hydraulic retension time of the nitrification system is 3 houres
by functioning of the ecologial simulation symbiotic system. The nitrifying
bacteria has the best removal rate of the NH3-N (82.03%) and its suitable
growth pH is 7.5.
The different roots of aquatic plants on the acumulation of ammonianitrogen
uptake showed that Ceratophyllum (non-root) 81.4% > Lemna minor
(Fibrous) 79.9% > Hydrocotyle verticillata (Taproot) 71.4% > epipremnum
Aureum (Aerial root)52.5%. The experimental proof that the more fine roots
group in the Cabbage, the Chinese cabbage, and the lettuce has a very high rate
for removal of ammonia NO3-N.
The research examined photosynthetic bacteria in aquaculture tank in
regular period and quantity. According to the result of the study, The
photosynthetic bacteria could improve the quality of water. fourthermore the
photosynthetic bacteria might be used for prevention instead of treatment of
water pollution. Especially, when too much bait was used that caused higher
carbon content, photosynthetic bacteria might be more useful than nitrifying
bacteria
