Analysis of Special Strength Training in Rowing / 划船運動專項力量訓練之分析

碩士 / 輔仁大學 / 體育學系碩士班 / 102 / The purpose of this study was to understand the relationships on outdoor rowing and ergometer rowing performance with three specific maximum forces on annual training plan in rowers. Twenty one rowers in present study after a year of training, the resulting value was measured before and after by K.Pearson Product-Moment Correlation explore the correlation of the three largest special forces and rowing ergometer scores and scores between and P <.01 level of significance for analysis and for the three largest differences special strength and 2000m rowing ergometer scores and scores of comparison, places (Chi-Squared Test) compare the differences between cases and α = .05 for the significance level for analysis. the results by investigate and analysis on before and after measured indicated:
1. The three specific maximum forces significantly correlated to outdoor rowing and ergometer rowing performance (p <.01) , either in the before or after measured on all of the rowers.
2. Either male or female rowers on before and after measured, only the bench pull of three specific maximum forces in after measured was significantly correlated to ergometer rowing (p <.05).
3. The ergometer rowing performance was significantly correlated to outdoor rowing (p <.01) of all rowers on before and after measured.
4. The results of chi-square test indicated that were not individual differences in all of rowers either before or after measured (p> .05).
