碩士 / 華梵大學 / 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 / 102 / The purposes of this research are to evaluate the competitiveness of yacht harbor management and to analysis on competitive advantage of yacht harbor management. According to the literature reviews, then critical factors and evaluation criteria were summarized. After further consultation with expert advice, the competitive evaluation hierarchical structure of yacht harbor management was constructed. In this research, the decision group of 30 experts as objects and collected judgment data by questionnaires survey with interview. In order to improve the situation of expert judgment central tendency, this research proposes revised scoring method. The importance of the elements and performance of the yacht harbor are divided into three categories. Expert first choose category, then judge that belong to the category scores. This research integrates revised scoring method, hierarchical scoring method, as well as the weighting summation method, to build multi-criteria evaluation model for yacht harbor management competitive evaluation. The proposed model has ease of use and practical nature on the basis of the scoring technique.
According to expert judgment, the weight of criteria is determined by use of hierarchical scoring method, the synthesized performance value of yacht harbor management is calculated by using weighting summation method. Finally, the competitive priority of yacht harbor management is ranked in accordance with the synthesized performance value. Based on the results of this research, the criterion of vehicle facilities is most importance, charges and professionalism two criteria are importance, the criterion of leisure facilities is the most neglected. In terms of competitiveness of yacht harbor management, Longton harbor is the best performance, followed the Bisha harbor, Shuangxi harbor ranked third.
