碩士 / 開南大學 / 觀光運輸學院碩士在職專班 / 102 / In the influence of global economic trend, individual countries strengthen the relationship of economic and trade interaction by signing bilateral and area Free Trade Agreement (FTA). In the framework of Free Trade Agreement, FTA plays a more and more crucial role in the international economic and trade market.
According to the adjustments and changes of international economic situation, bilateral promotes the construction of Free Trade Zone unexpectedly. Our nation set up "five harbors and one airport" with the spirits of " Inside the Border but Outside of Customs " since the legislation in 2003. Based on the foundation of Free Trade Zone, our government further planned to establish the "Free Economic Demonstration Zone", in order to accelerate the liberalization and internationalization of Taiwan's investment environment. In August 2013, the first phase of promotion program was initiated. At the same time, Mainland China adapting to the new trend of global trade and economic development set up China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone in October 2103, strive for greater economic position.
The aim of the research is to discuss opportunities of cross-strait Free Trade Agreement cooperation and development. We should confirm our advantages of Free Trade Zone from similarities and differences and complement industrial cooperation model. Make full use of the cooperation opportunity, promote cross-strait trade, create our business operating niche of Free Trade Zone. Currently, cross-strait economic trend has been gradually moved towards mutually beneficial cooperation. The concept of “Greater China FTA” is shaping. Recognizing the plan strategy of creating cooperation mode, bringing new vision of cross-strait Free Trade Zone cooperation is the most important issue of the research.
