Evaluating the Factors of the Sustainable Management of Changhua Fish Market / 評估彰化魚市場永續經營之關鍵因素

碩士 / 康寧大學 / 國際企業管理研究所 / 102 / With economic development and industrial transformation, due to the nutrients and benefits than other food fish, more and more people like to eat seafood, but the gradual depletion of marine resources, and it could lead to over-farmed fishloss of Land and Environment, fish prices increasingly unattainable, from the fish market in the production and marketing operations management point of view, to investigate the transaction in the auction process, and how to find the best balance of supply and demand, so the fishermen profitable, people appropriate price of fish to eat, and sustainable fish market, is the most important purpose of the present study. Therefore, this study will assess the key factors affecting the superiority in sustainable management of fish market by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). By the results of the analysis found that the sustainable management of Changhua fish market of the four key factors in order to "maintenance management factors, sustainable development plan factors, operating model factors and auction services factors. From the result, the "on site new build", "maintenance management", "Adequate human", "vision upgrade of fish market " are the four important factors.
