The construction of sewage system in Taiwan is far behind advanced country. In order to increase Taiwan’s competitiveness, our government has been it effort to put huge human and budget to propel the sewage system construction in all cities. Recently years, people pay more attentions to their living environments as the livelihood standards and education level arising. It forces government to respect environmental protect. In order to increase living environment, making river maintenance to protect water quality, completing city development and promoting health of all people that build sewage system construction in all cities has been a best solution now.
The government continually establishes sewage system construction in stage 4th. The plan is to increase the rate of public connection pipe to 3% each years. The government foresees the rate of public connection pipe will increase to 35.77 on 2014.
Taiwan sewage construction is behind than other advance countries. Old building has many limitations on connection pipe construction. It serious impacts the rate of connection pipe for household and the achievement rate of sewage treatment. This study is to understand the household’s intention on connection pipe. There are two stages of the survey. We will have finding on household’s intension on first stage. Government will persuade and exhort those who have low intensions households. The study will send to those who have low intensions households again. The results for 2 stages will use cross table and Chi-Square to establish household’s attribute, intension connection and logistic regression model. The conclusion can help to increase user’s intension on pipe sewage.
