碩士 / 國立政治大學 / 心理學研究所 / 102 / This study starts with Sternberg’s WICS leadership model, investigating the effect of leaders’ wisdom, leaders’ practical intelligence, leaders’ analytic intelligence, leaders’ creativity, and synthesized on organizational mission, corporate social responsibilities, coping strategies of financial crisis, organizational well-being, and ultimately, on organizational competitiveness, organizational performance. In addition, this study tries to construct the leadership competitiveness well-being model and tool, which assists organizations in diagnosing and developing.
This study compiles related scales and all questionnaires were examined on reliability, validity, and factor analysis. The sample of this study is 318 by using purposive sampling. Statistical analytical results indicate tha most of the questionnaires have high internal-consistency reliability (.86~.97) and criterion-related validity (.21~.81). Then, according to the results of hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis: 1.leaders’ skills have positive and significant effect on organizational mission; 2.organizational missions have positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibilities; 3.corporate social responsibilities have positive and significant effect on coping strategies of financial crisis; 4.coping strategies of financial crisis have positive and significant effect on both organizational well-being and organizational competitiveness; 5.organizational well-being have positive and significant effect on organizational competitiveness; 6.organizational competitiveness have positive and significant effect on organizational performance; 7. above variables in benchmarking enterprises are significant better than normal and deficit enterprises, and the normal enterprises are better than deficit ones.
Finally, limitations and suggestions were proposed for future research to develop the complete (macro &; micro) and valuable model of leadership, competitiveness, and well-being.
