碩士 / 國立中興大學 / 高階經理人碩士在職專班 / 102 / The most important issue for a success tourism factory needed to be taken into account in establishing progress is how to attract customers and ask customers to visit. It’s especially a challenging for a fishing tackle industry owner. This research is constructed by a real case. Literature review,Secondary data collection method ,Participant Observation,In-Depth Interview methods are used in data collection. Related persons were interviewed by semi-structured method. Through analyze five internal aspects in factory including products, marketing, human resource, R & D, and finance policy then cross comparison to organize the interview content.
The study summarized four critical success factors for a tourism factory:
1.Not to make money but to promote fishing and fishing population for the purpose of.
2.Right professional managers in position.
3.Create tourism factory a simulated environment as to promote products.
4.Industry particularity and Positioned to promote lifestyle.
Conclusions of this research could provide the academic understanding fishing industry trends and the specific industry business model. In practice, it also could provide fishing industry operators to plan middle and long term business goals in leading background and to coordinate the operation of different business departments.
