evaluation by the International Institute for Management Development, Lausanne.In the recent years, sewer system construction in Taiwan has been promoted actively, and the public sanitary sewage served rate has increased year by year.
This study collects the information from household connection-pipe cases which are in designing or under construction. The goal is to evaluate advantages,disadvantages and impacts of three installation modes models. The result can be a reference for local governments in Taiwan to implement household connection-pipe works.
