A Study on the Overseas Internship Behavior for College Students Based on Theory of Planned Behavior / 以計畫行為理論探討學生參與海外實習活動之行為

Through overseas internships for young students a chance to "go out"and thus enhance the international perspective, broaden their horizons, develop international thinking, to avoid Taiwan in the international job market gradually being marginalized.
The study cited theory of planned behavior Ajzen (1985), proposed through to the "attitude", "subjective norm", "perceived behavioral control" analysis to explore the impact of college students engaged in overseas internships behavioral factors. The questionnaire in paper questionnaires distributed, 350 questionnaires were collected, of which 54 were removed invalid paper questionnaires, 296 valid samples retained. Overall, the response rate was 84%. The results are presented
college students engaged in overseas internships subjective norms,between behavioral intentions and personal promotion of control beliefs and behavioral intentions, there is a significant positive correlation,
attitudes and behavioral intentions, personal obstructive behavior control and behavioral intentions, individuals promoting sexual control beliefs and participation behavior, personal control beliefs hinder sexual
behavior and participation in overseas internship, behavioral intentions and behavior overseas internships, compared with no significant relationship. Finally, conclusions and recommendations for this study to be used as future schools and governments, industry promotion activities overseas internship reference
