碩士 / 國立中興大學 / 高階經理人碩士在職專班 / 102 / Due to the geographic and cultural differences between Taiwan and China, how to develop a proper transportation system for logistic and storage management became the important subject of S company. Among all factors,selling environment, warehousing, transportation laws and supply chain will be the the main concerns of S company. This article is applying five forces analysis, 4P analysis and SWOT theory into the corporate marketing analysis and decision, especially the market differences between Taiwan and China.
Considering the variables which S may encounter in the China market through the scenario analysis method provide the most favorable proposal to S company.
Profit generation is the goal of enterprise. Therefore, how to effectively reduce the logistics cost efficiently will be the most important issue in such competitive market. It is necessary to maximize the efficiency of transportation system. Making more profit for the enterprise through the cot reductions in daily operations.
S company applys different selling strategy in Taiwan and China. Selling forces in Taiwan are all chain stores, but the selling forces in China are all wholesales except the Zhongshan chain stores in Guangdong Province.
Accordingly, S company need to integrate logistic pattern and to gain competitive advantage by the minimized cost and maximized profit.
Consequently, to achieve win-win situation of sales and profits will be the target of S company in the near future.
