solar cell according to a one-dimension model. Analytical results are obtained according to the one-dimension model. We calculate and analyze in detail the effect of the device dimension to the output current density at incident light wavelength of 1 m , in both short circuit and loaded case. Our results show that in terms of the total output current density, there exists an optimal size for the fin-stucture solar cell.
