Analytic one dimension model for fin-structure solar cell / 鰭式太陽電池之一維解析模型

碩士 / 國立中興大學 / 奈米科學研究所 / 102 / In this thesis we study the minor excess carrier concentration, minor excess carrier current density, and the total output current density of the fin-structure
solar cell according to a one-dimension model. Analytical results are obtained according to the one-dimension model. We calculate and analyze in detail the effect of the device dimension to the output current density at incident light wavelength of 1 m , in both short circuit and loaded case. Our results show that in terms of the total output current density, there exists an optimal size for the fin-stucture solar cell.
