碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 資訊工程系 / 102 / As technology advanced rapidly in recent history, the upgrades from old equipment to new equipment might cause the information incompatibility among different systems, and create difficulties in the management and maintenance during supplies. Especially for the equipment systems during intra-department supplies, as the supplies are often not just across different departments but also different brands made in different eras. Since the equipment systems are limited to the fact that they are not matching to the current information technology, it is important to develop an equipment system and its overall supply structure that does not require massive rapid updates but can still respond to the changing information technology.
This article used the management structure of a project management, and focused on its logistic management to conduct the research on the overall process, including application knowledge, techniques, tools and skills in the supply activities. Through proper application and integration of the five processing group: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and completion, as long as any of the group changes, the supply management process might be affected due to other factors. Therefore, the management team must be able to operate the techniques of the nine knowledge fields and evaluate these conditions, such as project scope, quality, time, budgets, resources, and risks, and be able to integrate these needs to a successful supply project management in order to achieve fast and correct supply management structure.
