碩士 / 國立中央大學 / 高階主管企管碩士班 / 102 / The purpose of this paper is to investigate the developing direction of a large size Taiwanese security service firm in China. Based on the literate in the progress of western and eastern security service industry, this paper analyzes the status and probes some defects of the management system of the case company. The result shows that the security personnel in the case company recognize themselves as door guard. They do not satisfy with their job, and 46% of security personnel have less than 3 years of service. This paper recommends that the company may improve its management system by means of outsourcing professional service for the area in which security personnel may contact or have conflict with others. Additional recommendations are presented in this paper.
