碩士 / 國立彰化師範大學 / 工業教育與技術學系 / 102 / This study is to explore the different personal backgrounds and different business backgrounds of employee’s awareness and practice of occupational safety and health, as well as cognition and attitudes relevant circumstances. This study used questionnaires to "Chang-Hwa Coastal Industrial Park manufacturing employees health and safety awareness and practice survey" as a research tool for the Chang-Hwa Coastal Industrial Park employees to random sampling conducted survey questionnaires were dispatched 900 were returned 722 questionnaires, 178 invalid questionnaires, total valid 544 questionnaires, the effective response rate was 51.6%.
The collected information obtained using the frequency distribution, statistical percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA analysis to analysis and discussion. Base on the following results:
1. The degree of safety and health awareness and practice of Chang-Hwa Coastal Industrial Park manufacturing employees.
2. The significant differences in occupational safety and health awareness and practice among the employees’ age, marital status, occupation, and participate in different labor safety and health related training or the number of seminars education
3. The significant differences in the attitude of occupational safety and health among the employees’ age, marital status, seniority, occupation, and participate in different labor safety and health related training or the number of seminars education
4. The significant differences in occupational safety and health awareness due to the scale of enterprise employees, whether regularly organized labor safety and health-related education, training and fire drills.
5. According to the research findings, make relevant recommendations.
