Mass production of Chlorella pyrenoidosa in semi-continuous mode / 蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)在半連續式系統中之大量培

碩士 / 國立彰化師範大學 / 生物學系 / 102 / Chlorella pyrenoidosa is an economic alga and has been defined as a green healthy food by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). It is also widely applied as an important ingredient for food industry. Given the same organic cultivation is a growing trend in recent years. Creating a safe, high-functional nutrition, and rich flavor agricultural products, which can be safe to eat and cost-effective for the life is not the only one thing. Creating a healthy and safe living environment and improve quality of life, which is also become a business continuity strategy. According to the growth curves in each state of the semi-continuous system, the researcher developed a process plan to enlarge mass production of Chlorella pyrenoidosa by organic cultivation. In this study, 12500-fold dilution of liquid seaweed extracts were used as medium in semi-continuous gas lift system of Chlorella culture. After 9 days, the culture can be first harvested, and every next 3 days can be harvested batch of 1.8 tons algae suspension. Finally, obtained 270 g of algae mud, and 0.131g/L dry weight by freeze-drying. The moisture content was about 71% of algal mud.
