The Relationships among Personal Factors, Parental Factors, and Intention of Overseas Employment - the Next Generation as Examples / 個人因素、雙親因素與海外就業意願關係之探討─以年輕世代為例

So now the university education should not only focus on students 'professional skills in the field, more work needs to nurture students' ability in different areas of expertise. Review of previous literature, the Next generations employment, must have several characteristics, including cultural openness, interpersonal skills, job knowledge and motivation, language skills, cross-cultural experiences and so on. Next Generation can be divided into: personal factors, family factors two factors as discussed. In this study, the Next Generation as the main research object, personal factors and parents factors that what is influence the willingness of overseas employment. Specific objectives are: (1) investigate the relationship between the Next Generation of personal factors (background and psychological factors) and their willingness to work overseas. (2) understand the parents factors (parents education, parents support, parents employment experience and parents international experience) and their willingness to overseas employment relationship. (3) to provide research results in scholarship planning and career counseling sessions hiring Next Generation of employees in the industry, to provide a reference for overseas employment opportunities.

In this study, convenience sampling, mainly in graduating students, and just entering the wordplace for about two years Fresh Graduates about two years in survey. During the questionnaires were distributed and 367 questionnaires, a total of 355 questionnaires were recovered, 328 valid questionnaires. Using SPSS20.0 statistical software version and AMOS20.0 software version related data analysis and hypothesis testing. Its questionnaire is divided into four parts: The first part is subject to investigation by the basic data, the second part is the subject's employment force table, The third part is the subject's self-efficacy and parental support scale, The four part is overseas employment for subject. The conclusion is: personal factors and parents factors for overseas employment relationship are partially supported, among age, international experience and employment experience no significant correlation between parents for overseas employment .

Finally, this study analyzed the results of the follow-up research and development to give advice, should expand the scope of the study and analysis of this study to study the impact of inadequate factors, lower limit of this study. This study also provides the industry for the training of Next Generation overseas employment aspirations as a reference.
