Confined to defense organizations now facing a change, in Taiwan's naval vessels from the Armed Force so far experienced two decades into the midterm and late equipment ,in this study dynamical decision with reference to foreign practices , under the concept of the dynamics with the timeline, how to choose warship the most favorable commercial maintenance program to maintain the energy and equipment for repairs warships proper rate and to maximize its effectiveness, is the most important concept in this study.
Under this study, the transformation of defense organizations, respectively, from different periods and aspects, including: warship stage systems , maintenance quality, technology, and military logistical domestic shipyards complement the four dimensions of human security through the use of the expert interviews and questionnaires former, and based on the test results using Gray relational analysis,GRA and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS, a mult-critera decision marking approach, in an attempt to choose a very different way to the best future commercial maintenance program , expect this objective discussion below, can provide a clear dynamic in nature, futuristic warship commercial maintenance options, to serve the Navy a new plan for reference.
