The wages of the popular Airlines industry is more munificent than other industries, which is attractive to the applicants. On announcing the openings of Airlines, applicants will seize the chances to apply for the interviews, even a restructured Airline with an instable future can attract plenty of applicants to attend the interview of recruitment. This helps a restructured company recruit reduce more outstanding staff which will result in a less time of the restructuring. As the open between Taiwan and Main China as well as other countries, the Airline industry in Taiwan, so to speak, has been growing into prosperity. With the variety of the choices, the enticements of Airlines are rather important to the graduates when they look for jobs. Therefore, what might be the essential factors of establishments that graduates and applicants take account of? The study is based on the research of the relationship of recruitment, training, employment and stay for the cabin crew in order to get realized on the importance of the four factors to the Taiwan airlines . Moreover, to find out the most influential factor of all is another gold of the research. The research applies the approach of extensive interview. The outcome of the study shows that the factors of recruitment, training, employment and stay are all important to the employees in restructured companies and ordinary firms. In addition, the compensation system of salary, welfare, and incentive wages influence the most remarkably. Besides, the staff of a restructured airline are more united and cooperative than those of an ordinary airline.
