And on the shipping company concerned, who lead good crew resource planning, enhanced navigation wheel technology sector to cope with the requirements of international regulations and ports, and to recruit high quality and low loss of seafarers, will become the future leader of the shipping market .
This study focused on labor demand changes in the shipping market, from international to neighboring nurture and status in the labor market crew countries and our assets to meet future crew human resource planning needs, and from the maritime education and training system, for according to evidence, fleet and crew market trends and planning of crew resource management for further analysis and will provide a reference Steel Express shipping and our conclusions and recommendations of the proceeds.
