碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 資訊管理研究所 / 102 / In the trend of globalization, enhance the tourism industry production value is one of the important directions of industrial development in advanced countries. The number of Chinese tourists came to Taiwan increased year by year with the huge economic benefits. This study combines action through closer cross-strait cultural exchange tour guide APP and through the application of mobile technology, so that cultural learning, tourism able to meet more powerful than traditional benefits.
Of this study in accordance with the principles of human-computer-interaction interface design to construct mainland tourists navigation system and utilization questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS) conducted usability testing evaluation, and use QUIS questionnaire collocation eye-tracking to explore mainland tourists navigation system upgrading usability of study. In accordance the results of the front and rear experimental and result of eye-tracking analysis carried cross-analysis exploring of whether there significant differences.
Of this study through the experimental results discovery after improvement mainland tourists navigation system improved significantly of interface usability. Rapid response actions ease of use of the system, users are also able to consider the substance of the system rich content to enhance the localization cognition of tourism. Through the conclusion of this study concluded the following suggestions for improvement: (1) Excessive levels menu will cause a user''s operator error and misjudgment, simplify the query process will enhance the interface usability and efficiency. (2) The secondary function menu design should be simple and briefly, so that users can quickly understand their purpose. (3) The user''s operating different habits as well as the language and culture of the various parts of the continent individually gap, and more non-uniform, in user experience design also does not meet all the needs of mainland tourists is our need to strengthen our part.
