碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 運籌管理研究所 / 102 / The manufacturing industries in Taiwan play an important role in many areas of the world, especially electronics, computers, semiconductors, telecommunications, and panels, etc., as well as machine tools, hardware, chemical and other industries. However, the lack of the internationalization, foreign companies will not necessary to build their overseas distribution centers in Taiwan, and domestic companies will set their distribution centers in other countries. The purpose of this study is to review the regulations and laws in other countries, and the ideas of the manufacturing and logistics companies.
According to the literature review and the Delphi method, I arrange some options with four different constructs, include 1. policies and the external environment; 2. the angle of manufacturing and logistics; 3. the perspective of business development; 4 the perspective of international logistics cooperation. Finally, I analyzed the questionnaires through Ridit and IPA methods. According to the survey data, the points are low in each item and construct, no matter the satisfaction or the importance. The study provided the authorities some clues that they need to reconsider their policies and regulations in the future.
