碩士 / 國立高雄師範大學 / 工業科技教育學系 / 102 / The research is to study the transformation experience on the aquaculture of white shrimp, through interviews with an expert who has owned self-brand successfully on running white shrimp aquaculture for fifty-two years. Qualitative research methods are used in terms of outline of the semi-structured interview, observation, and paper collection and analyzes data is to reach the goal. The research conclusions are the followings :
1.There are several success factors for the expert, such as the fresh shrimp meat with none poison or additives, setting up the self-brand image, integrating professional specialties from family, developing multi-distribution channels, and making full use of the aquaculture products.
2.The shrimp meat blanched precisely is the key to keeping advantageous position in the market.
3.Home Delivery with low temperature becomes convenient for the buyers.
According to research conclusions, this study provides some suggestions concerning experts farming shrimp, fishermen having intention to transform present situations, agricultural authorities, and institute of education.
