博士 / 國立高雄師範大學 / 教育學系 / 102 / This study are based on qualitative research of the Children of Taiwanese Businessmen in mainland community, The Subject of study are the students, their parents and their teachers in the school for the children of Taiwanese Businessmen. Thirty four junior and senior high school students, 10 teachers and 9 parents are selected for interview. Some of the students selected for the subject observation. And the field study data are collected for the purpose of analysis for related cultural identity.
First of all, the connotation of family cultural identity are cultural identity to Taiwan-based sympathetic information communication and acceptance of local culture as part of life.
Secondly, the impact of the factors family cultural identity include：economy, family composition type, parent’s attitudes and culture difference between generation.
Thirdly, the factor of school cultural identity are “small Taiwanese community” is local school. The small community is a variation of Taiwan in all aspects of life. And local school factor is involved in assimilation of local history and culture.
Fourthly, the factors of cultural identity of moving generations are involved in economy, school selection and intra school cultural difference.
Fifthly, the type of cultural identity of” Moving Generation “covers four types： the nature of cultural identity, strategic cultural identity, emotional cultural identity, autonomous cultural identity.
Finally, the study of the children of Taiwanese Businessmen who are moving across the Taiwan strait indicates some important viewpoints special dimension of cultural identity provide some positive insights for family education and school education, in both closed and open cultural identity, and in both fixed and emotional cultural identity；so far, there are no absolute answers for them, and furthermore studies are badly needed.
