The aim of the research was to the effects of tourism attraction and tourist's satisfaction on revisiting, and the willingness based on tourist’ experience with the marine recreation. Hence, the study was conducted to investigate the relationship among tourism attraction and tourist's satisfaction and revisiting willingness. The duration of collecting data was from June to October, 2013. A total of 400 people were conducted by the researcher to collect data. SPSS and LISREL were applied to reveal results of descriptive statistic, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that: Most of those tourists were female, age between 18-25 years. More than half of the respondents were not married. Most of the respondents had college degrees. More than half of the respondents were tourists group. However, most of the respondents reported having a yearly income of under $25,000, and most of respondents come to visited Penghu Island from Central region of Taiwan. In this research, the focus is a study on attractions, satisfaction and revisiting willingness to a positive influence on the experienced tourists of marine recreations in the Penghu Island. The findings showed that tourism attraction had positive influences on tourist satisfaction, and the tourists are willing to revisit the island. The study provides useful information for local authorities and tourism marketers in Penghu Island. It is hoped that the results of this study will improve the quality of their services, development marketing strategies for tourism attractions and improving tourist's satisfaction and revisiting willingness in Penghu Island.
