A Study on the Relationships among Service Quality, Experiential Value, and Loyalty of Participators for Coastal Recreation Activities / 海洋遊憩活動參與者服務品質、體驗價值與忠誠度關係之研究

But how to stand out in the intense competition market is an important issue. Service quality and experiential value act very important roles. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect relationships among service quality, experiential value and loyalty on coastal recreation activities participators.
The survey conducts with questionnaires and purposive sampling at two beaches in Penghu, and 522 questionnaires were collected. Research methods include descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by SPSS and LISREL.
According the results (1) Service quality has direct effect on loyalty. (2) Experiential value has direct effect on loyalty. (3) Service quality has direct effect on experiential value, and indirect effect on loyalty.
