Constructing the Coastal Recreation Code of Conduct / 海岸遊憩行為規範建構之研究

碩士 / 國立屏東科技大學 / 休閒運動健康系所 / 102 / Coastal of Taiwan recreation development started late but rapid. A large number of negative impacts and variety of recreation activities had increasing than before. Therefore, to achieve sustainable coastal management has become an important issue. The main purpose of this study was to construct a coastal recreation code of conduct which will help to establish a correct attitude and cognition for people in coastal recreation in order to reduce the negative impacts of recreation. This study produces a Responsible Recreation Behavior which as a model for future education and promotion in the future. It was to achieve environmental and recreation mutual benefit and win-win situation. This study based on a pilot study on the no trace of coastal recreational behavioral norms which combined with the domestic and international responsibility for coastal management case code of conduct and regulations as a model for coastal recreation norms of behavior.The pilot study invited ten experts who specialize in coastal recreation, sustainable and eco-tourism to assess this draft and propose amendments in the Delphi method three time. The result of the study was amended by three rounds. The codes content for mean were achieved 5.00 and semi-interquartile is less than 0.60 hence the result was identified consensus with highly agreement. According to this result, it constructed 7 aspects, 27 sub-aspects and 131 items. Through the establishment of this Code, it could provide to government, industry, academia to promote and application. Moreover, the policies of administration department could combine with the industry's cooperation. In diversified management together to achieve the objective of sustainable coast.
