But with the rise of the consumer market in China, Europe, yacht manufacturers also have come to seize the eastern mega yacht market, coupled with the Chinese mainland in recent years, also actively support their yacht industry, which would seriously engulfs yacht off Taiwan manufacturing market.With changes in the external environment and manufacturing trends of the giant yacht, yacht manufacturing process are more complex, and the owner of the delivery requirements are getting shorter, so the executives of Taiwan''s yacht company needed an Executive Information system (EIS) to integrate the manufacture of process-related information instantly and to warn abnormalities, so that executives can get information easily.
Therefore, according to the needs of each order in charge of production information on the boat, combined with the characteristics of the EIS, based on the design of scientific research methods, the practical application of MDA modeling phase and UML modeling tool to develop a dedicated yacht''s EIS, which provide various level managers management information to control production schedule, to remaind the important materials and to handle th costs of the materials and labors. To use digital dashboard interface help executives get information easily, clearly and instantly.
