碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 102 / The purpose of this paper is to construct the core competitiveness of freight forwarder industry by using fuzzy Quality Function Deployment. First, according to consulting the opinions of experts and literature review, eight factors of core competitiveness of freight forwarder industry are obtained. They are priority market-leader services, correct response capability, transportation service integrity, customer relationship management, establish the company's brand, and human resource professional training, freight adjustment flexibility and reasonableness, distribution of regional service and intensive of sailing schedule Then, based on these factors and by using the approach of Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment, freight forwarder company’s needs of core competitiveness would be transferred to technical requirements of enhancing core competitiveness. Finally, the house of quality matrix is used to find the priority of feasible executing alternatives for enhancing the core competitiveness. The main results of this study reveal that the following five priority items of technical requirements to improve core competitiveness are: provide comprehensive transportation and logistics consulting services, improve the efficiency of handling customer issues, provide customized services, good customer relations, and cargo tracking control capabilities.
