This research clear judgment different risk factor, and obtains following result:
(1) Causes the estimate work to compare tradition estimate method correct &; to be fast.
(2) Wins a bidding sends the package of datum quantity according to its estimate quantity as the budget establishment and the project to carry on the cost management to be more accurate than the traditional estimate method.
(3) Correct rationale can push fast estimates the correct quantity to do for the time limit for a project appraisal and the time interval management.
Thus from this obtains the best construction quality and the benefit.
