The Study of Internet Information Search and Perceptions on Behavioral Intention-A Case of Australia Working Holiday Decision Makers / 探討網路搜尋行為與知覺感受對行為意圖之影響-以欲前往澳洲海外打工者為例

碩士 / 僑光科技大學 / 企業管理研究所 / 102 / Working Holiday is the new type of working and tourism. There are more and more people going abroad to work in 2013. At the end of 2013, there are 35,761 young Taiwanese people who working and in Australia, and it has increased 59.7 percent comparing with the year of 2012. However, according to the past statistics, the average of residency time of working holiday is only four months and it is possibly related to risks. Relevant risks and issues may be identified and reduced in advance before they arrive at their destination.
This study aimed on Australia working holiday decision makers' pre-internet information search and perceptions on behavioral intention. there are 408 online questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistics software. The study found that the Internet search behavior would positively affect the perceived value and had negative impact on the perceived risk; the perceived risk would negatively affect the perceived value; the perceived value had positive impact on behavioral intentions; and the perceived risk would have negative impact on the behavioral intention. The study concluded with recommendations for working holiday decision makers who would be heading to work in Australia. The results of the study would provide relevant information to groups and individuals in the field of working holiday for further study in the future.
