碩士 / 世新大學 / 企業管理研究所(含碩專班) / 102 / This thesis illustrates a case study of a Taiwanese commercial design company in Shanghai, focusing on theoretical research and practical experience of performance assessment institution in the company, the researcher interviews 12 supervisors in this commercial design company and surveys whole staff with a questionnaire to understand their recognition and behavior-reaction.
It concludes: (1) staff-member indeed expresses different recognition about performance assessment institution; (2) their behaviors and reactions are also based on different concerns, i.e. senior supervisors incline the performance assessment institution should be redesigned and adjusted but junior supervisors don’t think so; and most staff even don’t know the system very well therefore present no other opinion and don’t think so ether. (3) However, the CEO shows a more active and aggressive attitude to the performance assessment, such as to stimulate members and help company to get growth, but the staff tend to be compatible and cope with it.
