Their diving qualifications are mostly under 4 years and 50 tanks; The perceived behavioral control factors of participants in recreational diving have mostly influence on behavioral intention; The attitude factors of participants in recreational diving have obvious influence on behavioral intention; Diving instructors have the highest score on perceived behavioral control, and also get highest support from the salient group; The best prediction mode of recreational divers’ leisure behavioral intentions is the recreational divers’ facilitating conditions and Self-efficacy of have mostly influence on perceived behavioral control, and perceived behavioral control factor have influence on behavioral intention. Based on the conclusions of this case study about recreational divers’ leisure behavioral intentions.
