Nowadays, because of the fruits, vegetables foods, and frozen foods corrosion caused by the quality of health defect rate rise, so the fruits and vegetables loss amount is very high every year. Today's surveillance technology was mainly to recording manual measurement, but the real immediacy was bad and could not immediate to monitoring that is unable to clarify the attribution of responsibility. If the frozen and refrigerated foods transport from store-shelve to consumers not real-time to monitor of temperature, and humidity and abnormal returns. It will cause of the food odors and the food poisoning so that consumers are more concerns in the cold chain. How to make real-time monitoring system to improve monitoring to ensure that quality is bound to become one of the objectives to protect consumers buy quality. If the seller is unable to carry warning that will result the loss ratio and greatly enhance consumer confidence to buy.
This thesis is using the Arduino Development Board combined with wireless technology of 3G/GPS that can provide real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity information to chain control center. While taking advantage of the receiver pair during transports to do real-time query and returns the relevant information data. When the foods delivered, it can continue to serve monitoring food’s temperature and humidity that can ensure the quality of the food has reached instant cold storage monitoring requirements and spirit
