碩士 / 亞洲大學 / 國際企業學系 / 102 / Using firm-level data, the study shed light on some important issues China outward foreign direct investment. The study shows that different ownership plays pivotal role on Chinese enterprises’ multinational investment activities. The central enterprises is to achieve government policy objectives. Non-central enterprises and private enterprises are to expand their markets and technology upgrades. Moreover, the central enterprises are to choose the resource-rich developing developed regions. On the contrary non-central enterprises and private enterprises heavily invest in advanced countries.
