碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 建築與都市設計研究所 / 102 / From the viewpoint of sustainable development, in the relativistic region, state of the environment should reach to a dynamic model of zero emission of carbon dioxide. “Carbon neutral” represents zero-carbon. Zero- carbon buildings follow these principles: energy reduction by means of passive design, energy-efficient improvement by increase the supply of renewable energy and an automatic trade-off mechanism of carbon absorption. The concept of zero-carbon should apply in lifestyles and the design of living environment to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
This thesis takes ”Heuristic Structure” as a research method, aims “Recreational Housing as a Villa by the Sea” as the subject, then, brings up a project to make holidays for family and to treat friends and relatives. By research subjects about zero- carbon buildings, sustainable ecology and other site-related topics, 6 design conceptions derived from 32 principles for zero- carbon recreational housing that apply to the villa by the sea at Shi-Men(石門), New Taipei city. Then goal situations: “The Aerobic Dance of Architectures” and “A Stage for the Communion of Human beings with Nature” deduced from the second phase, turned into the space structure that acting as references for cases of zero- carbon buildings in the future.
