碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 創業管理碩士學位學程 / 102 / As an Aging society is coming, the proportion of elderly population has increased significantly, for many industries; the elderly market has become the most potential markets in future. In recent years, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau is also promoting the tourist activities for elders actively. They develop tourist route with concept of "LOHAS and health" in Taiwan, hoping to improve tourist intention and business opportunities for the elders. The Sun Link Sea has a good natural environment and infrastructure; it has a great advantage and condition in the development of the LOHAS health tourist planning.Accordingly, through the opportunities for University-Industry Cooperation between our business plans and Sun Link Sea, in July 2013, students actually conduct research and investigate for one month in Sun Link Sea. And base on the existing resource, the plans combine LOHAS health and cultural experiences, developing a LOHAS health and tea experience Package Tour for elders, thereby to attract more middle-aged and older tourists to go travel in Sun Link Sea. Finally, this plans hope to help Sun Link Sea making full use idle resources, so that enterprises can sustainable development.
