博士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 企業管理系博士班 / 102 / How to enter an overseas market by turn key? How to root an overseas niche market and embody firm’s value? These are important business problems to a growth small and medium-sized enterprise. This article constructs the model of turn key to enter an overseas market for a latecomer. Four modules: patent imformation, technology roadmap, total potential market and discounted cash flow integrate into one model through which a small and medium-sized enterprise could appraise the value of turn key for a target case.
