碩士 / 元智大學 / 社會暨政策科學學系 / 102 / This study aims at exploring the relationship of the blue-collar workers’ work-place friendships, motivators and intention to stay in Xu Jing town Shanghai. The results would provide managers the management for reference, thereby enhancing the organization's management strategy of the blue-collar workers. The study area for the blue-collar workers in Xu Jing town Shanghai, a total of 533 questionnaires (valid response rate 75.63%), the survey shows descriptive statistics of the distribu-tion of the blue-collar basic personal information in case the number of samples, and t-test, one factor way ANOVA analysis, multiple regression analysis and IPA analysis to test their friendships in the workplace, significant motivators and intent to stay each dimension, the degree of difference and related findings show different back-grounds in the workplace friendships, inspire and willingness to retain a significant portion of each facet system; workplace friendships have on the financial motivators of extrinsic rewards in the significant impact; out in compensation to achieve satis-factory situation, the better perception of workplace friendships, the higher intent to stay.
The study also used IPA for Taiwanese and mainland Chinese enterprises' blue-collar workers what the motivator’s items they felt important and need to be improved. The organization of incentive programs can be learned from the present study, mainland Chinese companies need to strengthen the external-financial re-wards, and Taiwan enterprises need to improve the intrinsic rewards program staff. The study found the shortcoming, enables organizations have goals and have given direction to improve staff's need, increase blue-collar workers intent to stay and lo-cate its excellent corporate culture.
