First, by collected secondary data on free trade zone and free economic pilot zone in Taiwan and references of business model: strategic resources, core strategy, customer interface and value of the network; including new service concepts, new customer interface the new service delivery systems and technology options, and the diamond model to derive the research framework of this study and interview outline.
After research and analysis, found that the use of logistics service providers to operate in free trade zone and import capabilities for service innovation affect the company's business model, does have evidence on the real benefits to enhance.
The study found that the logistics service providers in terms of business models begin with customer demand as the main strategy to develop; in part of service innovation, must be used as the interface to be able to pass a complete innovative services and obtain the trust of customers through improved information systems.
