By multiple descriptive case study method, the first to explore the relevant literature, as a basis for the establishment and analysis of propositions, then use secondary data supporting mutually.
This study provides an organizational competitive strategy type of relationship model, and through Apple, Samsung Group, Hon Hai Technology Group and Mi technology to do explore. Define which type of organizational culture enterprises should pursue, and move to follow up, purports businesses can take advantage of the future, and use it to plan the organization's future direction, in order to enhance their competitive advantage.
