碩士 / 國立中正大學 / 高階主管管理碩士在職專班 / 103 / The purpose of this research was to investigate the impacts of the combinative leadership styles of both commanders and vice commanders on subordinates’ work satisfaction and team performance. The survey questionnaire, sent to members of transportation units at air force bases nationwide, explored their perceptions of leadership styles of both commanders and vice commanders, their work satisfaction and perceptions of team performance. Research finding showed that there was no significant difference in work satisfaction among four combinative types of leadership styles. However, under the circumstance of same types of leadership styles of commander and vice commander, an in-depth exploration showed that democratic leadership styles of both commanders and vice commanders had significantly better effects on team performance than did authoritarian leadership styles of both commanders and vice commanders.
