Taipei is in metropolitan area with numerous underground pipelines、heavy traffic and other factors affecting the construction. It is not easy to build sewage systems assessed property. It can activate the use of computer information, accelerate identification the existing pipeline facilities location, not only can save the cost of repair maintenance but also can avoid repeat construction. Sewage systems and computer property build two different patterns and features mutually different combination of objects. The subsequent maintenance and management is to generate secondary and complementary and reciprocal action. It is a question worth exploring.
In this study, build sewage systems and properties are discussed through literature review. Taipei Current sewerage system status survey, case studies, expert interviews were analyzed to explore the properties of the building of sewage systems. The best plan can be obtained via a questionnaire and AHP analysis.
The properties of the setup factors are "implementation costs" the most important, followed in sequence to "manage human", "use of time", "maintenance costs", "Satisfaction." AHP analysis build sewerage works attribute data, sorted by the merits of the best arrangement continued as follows: " Record by attribute information," followed by " Record by Scan History", and finally " Record manually."
