Research of Elementary School Teachers’ Personality,Working Stress,the Impact of School Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction - a Case Study of Elementary Schools in Taichung Coastline Regions / 國小教師人格特質、工作壓力與學校組織氣氛對工作滿意度影響之研究-以台中海線為例

碩士 / 中華大學 / 企業管理學系碩士班 / 103 / The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between Taichung City elementary school teacher personality traits, work stress, school organizational climate and job satisfaction, this research-based mining questionnaire, subject to Taichung country school teacher, a total of 340 parts questionnaires, 315 valid questionnaires, the effective scale recovery was 92.6%. Research results descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis statistical analysis, and the results after mechanized whole discussion, get the following conclusions:
1.the personality traits of the status of school teachers for the upper level, personality traits to "affinity" highest "nervousness " to a minimum.
2.the pressure status of teachers is a small country in the next level, the main source of work pressure, "student behavior," feeling the pressure as low as "interpersonal relationships."
3.the small country school teacher perception facets of organizational climate in order to "professional share" the highest score, the lowest score is "hindered teaching."
4.the State Teachers' job satisfaction degree in order to "interpersonal" highest customer satisfaction, "the work itself" lowest satisfaction.
5.different backgrounds to school teachers of personality traits, work stress, school organizational climate and job satisfaction have significant differences.
6.elementary school teachers of teachers' work pressure have significant negative impact on job satisfaction.
7.school teachers personality traits, school organizational climate has a significant positive effect of job satisfaction.
8.according to the findings, propose recommendations for educational administrative offices, schools ,teachers and future research reference.
