LED is high luminous efficiency,small does not occupy space,luminescence response speed,less heat and long lasting. This research use the LED as light source to cultivation Nannochloropsis oculata, and to explore the optimum growth conditions. The feasibility of using LED culture Nannochloropsis oculata, designed to four experiments, the experiment was conducted with five kinds of lights (halogen lamp,T5 lamp,warm white LED, white LED, cool white LED) , four kinds of colors LED(green, blue, red, yellow)
to test on the water in divideal combination, six kinds of submersible LED(warm white LED, white LED, cool white LED, red, bule, mix light)
