The so-called fish script is to replace the blunt font with fish type such that the font will be full of spirituality and life! The characteristic of fish script is that one will feel the natural beauty with extreme move for seeing the gesture and life spirituality of swimming fish in the water. And then the information transmitting is no longer just touch a merely cold text but a lively and interesting fish script. Since the fish script has a color. Then what kind of color fish should be chosen is needed when the information transmitting is designated. Therefore, to increase the interest of the information transmission, the main study of this dissertation is to interpret the transmit information by lively interesting fish script and color. And, using such characteristic, the secret information can be transferred successfully. First, the color fish for transmitting, positions and codes of color fish are all defined. Using the principle of filter and color interpret net, the unwanted color fish are filtered out and the chosen color fish are reserved. Furthermore, in receiving node, according to the position and code definition for the color fish, the words can be constructed. Finally link these words to be a meaningful sentence. That is just the information which we want to transmit.
